Anthony is looking at leasing out his current Apartment - moving out by end of this month or in early July, intention of the property being readily available for rent from early July 2023.
He is generally available to talk outside of work hours (i.e. before 9am or after 6pm) during weekdays, or anytime during the weekend. Or some lunch-time meetings (around 12:30-1:30pm) depending on the day/week.
He would like to know the going rate for agency fees inclusive of everything - ongoing management fees, marketing/advertisement fees, photo package fee, account or record management fees etc.
Also interested to know whether he will be (or if my property management agent will be) the person contacting relevant parties to stop utilities under my name when I move out (e.g. Electricity, Hot Water, internet etc). He understands that he'll still need to pay for IconWater bills as the landlord (i.e. no need to inform IconWater to stop bill) but can you confirm if that's the case?
He does have another investment property managed separately by Luton but has not contacted them in regards to this one.

This is my current home but I am moving out by end of this month or in early July. I intend for the property to be readily available for rent from early July 2023.
Can you give me a brief description of the property? (Bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, unique features, etc.)
The property is 2,2,2 - that is, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (this includes an ensuite and a guest bathroom), and 2 side-by-side underground parking spots. Note I intend to keep one of the parking spots (I work in the city so I still need the parking space), this means the property available for rent is 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 1 secured underground parking spot (next to my parking spot).
Which agents have you already spoken to? This helps me see if you have missed any of the leading agents in your area.
I haven't spoken to any agents yet, as I was intending to use the WREA platform to seek quote from potential agents first before shortlisting a leading agent to manage my property. Does WREA also seek a response from Luton properties? Luton properties is helping me to manage another one of my properties so I was wondering if WREA would also seek a quote from Luton (amongst others) for my consideration.

The property is part of an embedded network - so it is locked in with Origin for supply of electricity and hot water (note they have hot water bills in lieu/instead of gas bills).
