17/10/23 Thanks Vicki. Yes. The sale campaign by David collapsed. He took it to auction with only 1 firm interest who was not responding to David on auction day. Very disappointing. I'll leave it there for the moment.
Unfortunately, Denise has withdrawn the property. We didn?t have any bids at auction and they weren?t happy
To be honest we have been receiving feedback well under their expectations

10/10/23 David: changed mind re 12 for now as too much CG tax only 14 and client wants more than what its worth she wants 2.2 agent said high ones
20/7/23- Listed both will come to market with both properties trying to sell off market first to a developer prob worth 4 mill or 1.8mill each if they sell separately.
