****CAnt help the client this is the nursing home they have to go thru and there are EXIT fees she needs to determine those, they have 6 months exclusivity anyway***
7/6 Maddie: Hi thanks for this referral unfortuntely just spoken to the marketing guys for Blue Care it is exclusive to them for sale no agents can sell The have exit fees etc and they are only leasehold. Thanks anyhow for thinking of me maybe next one
