JEDDA - JUL 23   - Thank you for reaching out. I have spoken with the vendor recently and she has decided to wait until her current tenant has vacated the property before she looks to sell. (I believe it's a periodic lease and the owner would need to give a 90 days no ground termination. I'm unsure of when Kerry plans to deliver this.
