MARC 20/6/23-  I have spoken to Penny and will be putting together a Comparative Market Analysis for her to give her a bit of a yard stick of similar properties that have sold in the past. She would then like to come into the office and have a chat re the sales process. The tenants currently occupying the property will be moving out on the 6th of July.
