22/04/2024 - Sharon: We have just connected and changed to Frost Real Estate....so feel they will meet our expectations. We are currently looking for a new tenant and have decided to keep the property a bit longer in the hope the market will increase.

16/08/2023 - Sally: This vendor had entered into a rental agreement with the agency that they built through, they were having second thoughts about being able to pay the mortgage and thought it might be better to sell. I provided updated market appraisal but since they had signed lease agreements with a tenant and the bond had been paid, they could not end the tenancy so decided to proceed with the lease.

30/06/20213 - Sharon: I have spoken with Paul briefly. He advised that he didn't think our property would be worth more than low $500,000 - which has put us in a bit of a spin, as that is nowhere where we believed or thought the property would be at. I am hoping to catch up with Sally sometime today. Every time I was free yesterday, she was busy - so will hopefully happen today, and we will see what she thinks. Thanks for the information - we have much to consider now, and really not sure what or how we are going to go about it.
