28/6 Brix: followed up, spoken to broker, finance not good. they are $80k short to do what they want. will stay put for now
19/6/23 BRIX: Booked meeting Thursday 11amMet with Anthony, they are looking to sell to move to lifestyle village in the area. They need around $750,000-$760,000 to make it works for them. My option his house is worth around $650k—$720k, which he is agree. He will look at those lieftstyle village on the weekend and i recommend he to talk to broker to see if it can work out in their favor.
