14/5/24 Gavin: Difficult situation was on market for a long time, no where near the offers that they wanted, not selling now going to court dispute between mortgagee and the owner, the court will decide who is in control. 

11/4/24 Gavin:  Now listed with other agencies as well. Very difficult situation with private lender involved.

21/03/202 Gavin: with several agents - dispute between owner and mortgagor - Mark

13/12/23 No updates at this stage. There is significant tension between the private lender and vendor.

The property may end up as mortgagee in possession but we are still trying to sell the property.

29/6/23-  Gavin said its a messy difficult one as the actual owner the signatory is not Peter Ainsworth but another person, but he said he will treat it like a referral has sent the forms off to be signed hoping there is not too much resistance and worth between mid to high 3's
