29/11/2023 - UD to agents

Mark/Aaron:  I updated him on the value in October and it sounded like he wasn’t overly happy with the valuation and was going to wait a bit longer and keep watching the market.

i gave him an update on the value and said it was around 500k in Oct. he didnt seemed thrilled and didnt commit to any selling timeline.

Stephen: I sent that one yesterday, it was just a desktop, he didn’t want his tenant disturbed

Mark: I spoke with Ash and he doesn’t need the money from the sale till the end of 2024 and given there is a long lease still he is just going to wait a bit. There is another unit on the market in the building which im tracking for him. He then said he would re assess his situation after that unit has sold.
