14/2/25- Explained he had various personal issues and he only charged 2% comms on this one as he had to compete with the other two agents , he will PAY just needs some more time due to his personal issues to get to it and go thru the settlement.
12/12/24 *** WILL ASK MARI TO ISSUE INVOICE BASED OFF A DISCOUNTED COMMISSION OF 2% (inc gst) as this one is dragging on THE AGENT said there were problems with the settlement invoice and he needed to take out things etc. but I have been accommodating for him to do this for the whole year.
