#######27/10 Hi Vicki I found out last week that they ended up selling the home direct to a friend.  Kind regards Richard Slade 


1/9/23 CLIENT:  looks like they will be putting on market in next few weeks they have had some procedures done speaking to Richard Slade. 

6/9/23 Amanda; John finally called me back. Will talk to his sister this afternoon although she’s about to have an operation. They do want to sell it. Nephew still there. Needs to come down and see how it’s looking. I drove past a few days ago and it’s still clearly occupied and items in driveway and front garden. Hopes to come down in the next month and will make contact.


2/8 Amanda sent him a CMA report 1.4-1.480 waiting to hear back thinks the son who is living there may buy it ?
