07/03/18 - Agent Nick advised, spoken with vendor, is in the early days of thinking bout selling, wants costings sent to her
05/03/18 - Nick Scognamiglio accepted the referral, had a quick chat with vendor to call her back after work
05/03/18 - Sandro Musumeci has spoken with Tracy/vendor, not sure what she wants to do atm, only after a desktop appraisal
