Currently has it listed with Nolan Partners however the agreement runs out on the 7th July and they really have not been happy with the performance so would like to speak to another agent to decide if selling is indeed the option at the moment
If Sold they also own number 1 in the same block and that will be listed straight after
They don't need to sell just moving their investment closer to home in New Castle
