He is going to sell in a couple of months - spokewn to and happy with PRD Chasse - No need for Damon or Vlado to call him back. Did not see messages.
CHASSE - Chasse and the team have been out to 13 Inglis Street and have connected with Richard. From my understanding Richard is currently away for three weeks and they are hoping to have a response when he returns.
LIAM - AUG 24 - Hi Natalie, the client seems to have a good relationship with someone else however I am not confident they will exceed the price expectations if he does decide to sell.
He still hasn’t decided if he will definitely sell.
