The meeting I had with them went really well. I left a message yesterday to follow up but haven't heard back from them yet.

6/7 Someone on behalf of Wendy:  Left a couple of messages over the last couple of days, no response from Kim.

3/7/23 **Wendy Samrani away on holidays owner called in wants one other 

6/7/23-I spoke to Kim again yesterday afternoon, they signed with an agent yesterday before I got a chance to go out and do an appraisal.
