10/05/19 - Gina/vendor replied, "Thank you for thinking of me but I won't need any more agents at this point of time"
01/06/18 - Spoke to vendor who mentioned that it is not a good time to sell property and she won't be getting what she'd like in return. Therefore will hold onto it for the time being and sell in a few months when market has picked up. Noted I would call her back around August.
13/03/18 - Vendor said, there is another agent she also wants, Lisa Terare from RE/MAX in Seventeen Mile Rocks, very high performing
12/03/18 - Lauren Xing accepted the referral
08/03/18 - Paul Eaton advised he's leaving real estate and colleague Sam sam@eplace.com.au 0421441956 is perfect to follow up the lead
