I think he just needs to call the police, from the sounds of it his threatening tenants, neighbours etc.

They just need to start from scratch18/7 Thien: Financially and time wise It doesn't make sense to take on another agent's mess, unless there are guarantees (all units coming over).

I have sent him my proposal, but he hasn't gotten back to me. Which I assume, he has declined...

However, after having a bit more time to process, for the safety of my staff and colleagues I will be passing up this opportunity. Tony Parisis not able to attend to this one his property manager oseas and his other property manager too busy with other matters.
