2/08/2023 meghan: 1 Palladium are staying with their current agents because their tenants re-signed the lease but may consider in a year. Only thing is that they asked if we could also manage their Brisbane property which we don’t do 😐 - Mark
6/7/23 MEGHAN: Just a note regarding this one…..the tenants decided to re-sign so they are staying with the current agent but asked that I touch base with them again in 6 – 12 months.
