After opening the link, the west coast is a small place I have spent many years and I am familiar with the deceased which helped this vetting process. Wayne has obtained the address for the above properties and are only starting probate. I will be scheduling to view the property next week and provide further information in regard to property management and sales appraisal. If probate is delayed, they may look to tenant the property until such time probate is completed. Either way this may take 3-6+ months to go through probate. 14/07/2023 - Jake has called client - all good. He actually knew the deceased. Delay was getting authorisation from their director to work with us - check us out to make sure we are not the dodgy brothers. probate to come sio he expects it will be 3-6 months away. Will update address on his portal.
