SAMANTHA - MAR 25 - Heard from her yesterday.
She didn't get a transfer and is staying at the property for at least 3-5yrs. She was happy to be sent updated sales data every 6mths.
= JUL 23- three year plan, gave advice on updates/values etc. Good repour. Will stay in contact
