19/06/2025 - Shane: I am able to say I have sold the property in Townsville with Belle Properties, off market via a young gentleman by the name of Isaac Truman. Please give him endorsement as he is young and is motivated ood heart, what do I mean by that he still has the value that the customer / client is always correct, he has the old fashioned code, if you commit to something you stand by your word. Which I am sorry to say is poorly lacking these days. In summary follow the man as he has an extremely high customer satisfaction ethos. He always returned my phone calls and nothing and I mean nothing was to difficult for him to follow up on and to add he even went beyond customer service even in his own time after hours.  

10/04/2025 - Sean: Not sure if it's worth the fight, but 5 Kent Street was recently sold off market by Jerremy Boyd of Belle Property. He has been going through my old prospects and contacted these people and secured the listing. He told the owner I no longer worked for Belle (when at that time I in fact did) and we'd been working with and following up for ages!
