Matt tomorrow afternoon. 18/7/23-20/7 Just an update for you. I appraised this for Suzanne on Tuesday. Unfortunately given her son started renno works but did not complete them, I appraised it less than what he paid for it 2 years ago. So don’t like my chances! Will let you know if I hear anything further.Her best bet would be to just do a complete tidy of the property and sell it as is!
