Over my 23-year career, I have had extensive experience in handling the sales process for properties just like this one, and thoroughly enjoy it.

Method of sale: On this occasion I have no hesitation in recommending the private sale method. Whilst I love an auction, and hockingstuart is a strong auction cultured company, I am supremely confident that we can get you a better outcome by conducting private negotiations with the best / most enthusiastic interested buyers. We set an ‘offers by’ deadline of four weeks which gives all prospective buyers ample time to get their affairs in order and measure their purchasing decision.
