31/7 Kylie: Hi Vicki, he has not yet returned my call. Our fees will be higher than Different and he maybe considering this. However I have offered him a discount on our management as you referred him.
31/7- Owner: Yes Kylie did ring me from Miles Real estate and we had a good chat she has emailed me the fees and we are still looking over them the other one did contact me and left a message I haven’t had time to call her back will follow this week.
