29/10/18 - Spoke to vendor who mentioned that the WA market is horrendous, so he has decided to take that property off the market. He will be reconnecting with the agents in Moranbah to see what the market is doing there with the intention of selling. I noted I would leave the Vasse property until next year and follow up on the Moranbah property within the coming weeks.
07/05/18 - Vendor advised has chosen harcourts to sell property
23/04/18 - Vendor mentioned only Craig @ Harcourts has been in contact and he is very happy with him. Vendor asked me to leave this with Craig atm and I noted I would call back in a fortnight.
