31/01/19 - Spoke to Piret - Not selling until the value has increased
19/09/18 - Vendor replied, "Hi Larrisa the value has dropped so I am not selling yet."
23/04/18 - Piret (vendor) emailed, "Spoke with all 3 of the agents, all have various thoughts, though agreed to
hold onto the property for now. All were professional and were completely honest. Thank you so much for your time. Highly recommend your services"
23/04/18 - Agent Pat emailed, "I have been in touch with Piret, however her unit is valued at $350,000 – nearly $50,000 less than she paid for it."
