I am pleased to confirm we have exchanged this property unconditionally yesterday for $375,000.

The commission is 2.2% of the sale price $8,250 including GST, can you please send the invoice for the 20% referral of $1,650 including GST?

Teresa- Yes that have thank you. Rowan was very helpful now we are going to have a think about if is worth selling.


ROWAN - I actually spoke to Teresa yesterday evening and she has decided to sell the property which is great.

She just needs to vacate the tenants and give them the 90 days notice for no grounds termination, once they vacate we will list and begin the sales process.

We are both hoping the tenants might vacate earlier and I will keep you posted once it is listed.
