30/10-Yes I followed her up a few weeks ago and sadly she told me she had decided to list with her rental agency and if it did not sell, she would let me know. With our market being so active here, it should definitely sell.
25/9 Pam: not doing anything until mid November when tenants are out
6/9/23 PAM: Hi Vicki I have been in touch with Andrea and she is waiting for her tenants to vacate then tidy up and sell. She said she would be in touch with me towards the end of the year once her tenants are out. hopefully we get this one to list
Hi Vicki Have spoken to Andrea and I know the house as we had it for sale a long time ago. Also know owner as our daughters were at school together. She is chatting to existing property manager and will get back to me she said 2/8 PAM
2/8/23- Thank you Vicki, I've spoken with Pam. I also spoke to Wendy at Firstnational who is the company that we rent our house through. She is going to go and look at the house, tell us what needs mending or doing and once that is sorted I have said I will get back to Pam.
