30/10/23 Will be using Paul RTEDGAR when ready to sell, they need to build first and going thru process with council etc for their vacant land next door. 



22/8 Tristan: Tristan said they went out met with them and although the house is beautiful no where near the 3 mill where they want. He said to them they can try over the two mill to mid 2.5 but he thinks they are staying put.

17/8 Paul:  went out there Monday, beautiful home, unique sent proposal today estimated 2.3mill they want 3mill but they understand it may be too enthusiastic, he is not sure of their timeline, they also own the land next door and may want to build there.

Both agents have contacted me and we have arranged for them to visit over the next fortnight.
