Yes, they have both been in touch.
Thanks for the recommendations, I am sure that they are both excellent agents.
I have signed up with Southgate, as I had a tenant in place and Andy's friendly disposition and more personal approach was more important to me than getting in the people that had sold the most houses for the best prices.
I don't think that it will be hard to sell in this market, whoever the agent is.
