25/9/23-Hope all is well with you. Thought I’d bring you up to date with our apartment-selling!
We went back to plan A: to sell the Belgenny flat in Bourke St, reasoning we would hang on to the more quality place (Dominion)
10/8 Simon: Hope all is well with you. Yes, all three agents have contacted me. We have had good chats. At the moment, our only slight hurdle is the tenant, who is not happy we want to sell. I'm going to give him a bit more time to get used to the idea, before I organise for the agents to go in for their look.
