Spoke to Jeanny Boyd, she confirmed she emailed Larissa on 10th May to let her know her trainee was dealing with the client before Larissa referred to her, he had a contract of sale on 30th April which subsequently fell thru and then Jeanny took over, already dealing with client. vf
