KYLE -SEPT 24 - Angela has now signed a property management authority Bourkes. She will sell April when the current tenancy agreement runs out. She wasn't happy to her current agency so needed a short term authority before selling. Getting warmer



JUN 24 - Spoke to Angela. Sent a price update for recent comparable sales in the area.


 APR 24 - The property is still leased. Angela and her mum will need to pay capital gain tax if they are to sell which is the stumbling block. Both are abroad



MAR 24 - Thinking of retaining the property as she feels like the capital gains tax is too high. Angela has been liaising via text. Has advised if she does sell she will engage me.


NOV 23 -= Hi Natalie. They are still trying to find out the capital gains tax out and they are thinking of re-rent but they will know more in new year
