The house is 6-7 years old and situated in Alfredton on a 500m2 block. It is a 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage house with a media room, small study nook and small (9m2ish) under roofline Alfresco. It has been tenanted since new so hasn't had anything done to the small garden. Vendor is looking to to sell the property in about 3 years time. Currently they would like to look at changing property managers so you can sell when they are ready.
We have been unhappy with the service we have been receiving from the property manager for some time now and are wondering whether switching real estate agents is worthwhile.
We are in Ballarat tomorrow and were thinking of knocking on a few doors but if you could give us some suggestions of agents who will give us professional service both renting out and selling, that would be appreciated.
At this stage I will keep the property address and leasing agent private.
