18/9-I hope you’re doing well.


The landlord, Ben Hayes, decided that he wanted to move into the property after we took a holding deposit from a tenant on Saturday afternoon.


This was unfortunate, as we put in a lot of time and effort to find him a suitable tenant at the amount he agreed, i.e. $600 per week.

He explained the reason for his decision to my property manager, Tom Thanasias, that he had moved in with his girlfriend recently and they had broken up.

Telly Poulos11/8 Telly: I met with the landlord and inspected the property yesterday afternoon.


The landlord said he would appoint Sky Realty to lease and manage the property.


I sent Ben Hayes the management agreement for signing this evening.

I’ll let you know once it's signed.

11/8 Moses from Belle going today at 4pm

9/8 Telly: I spoke to Ben Hayes at length and will follow up with an email this afternoon.


I definitely can assist Ben, and believe the property can rent for over $600 per week.
