24/8/23 Adam: Hi Vicki, I've heard back from the Tony stating that he is no longer looking to sell the property at this stage. Just so you are aware at the time this lead had come in Tony had the property listed with Think Property Group for lease for 4 weeks roughly, of which he has recently leased it with them. Any queries please let me know. Adam

21/8 CLIENT:  Thanks for the follow up I’ve decided not to sell the property and will continue to look for a tenant.

Made contact with Tony, will be looking to get through for inspection of the property with just myself or with a BDM to get a better idea on why he is struggling to lease it.
