13/9 Reece: Have spoken with Travis once and sent him an authority to review, but no response to follow up calls or emails since that initial contact, still trying to get a hold of him now

5/9 Reece: Hi Vicki, just a quick email to let you know we haven’t had much success with Travis I am sorry to say. I was able to get him on the phone about 2 weeks ago and had a good chat, and sent through an authority subsequent to that, but haven’t had any response to calls or emails since sending that through.
