7/11/2019 - Vendor called - agent had been in touch with him trying to negate referral or pass on fees. Explained our deal is with agent and they had been referred originally and had accepted terms of referral.
26/09: Spoke w/ vendor who advised not selling till next year
16/05/18: Vendor advised need to look to buy another property first before selling
