25/9/24-Hi Vicki,
Just letting you know that I am no longer the owner of lot 31 the springs. I forfeited the property a year ago. I have no clue who owns it now.

18/9/23 Good morning Vicki,
I have just let Lacey know that I no longer have a house block to sell. My conveyancing solicitor contacted me this morning and has advised that since the block has overrun its contract, we are no longer obligated to to honour the contract.
