PETER - AUG 24 - They have asked to rest it for a while but I’m going to keep it ‘on the books’ so to speak as I know if we introduce a buyer they will be keen to sell still but we aren’t actively working on it or doing opens while the tenants have just taken up a new lease.


Well push it again as we get closer to there end of lease again!

APR 24 - I hope you are well. No unfortunately. Very little interest in this one. 

We have reduced the price slightly to meet the market but still not enough. The vendors expectations here are too high and not willing to move any further. 

We’ll keep working on it but unlikely to sell at the level it’s on at and current market conditions in Ballarat. 

We have so much choice in our market and very few buyers. Will certainly keep trying though.
