I have completed a quick search on the internet without clicking on your link and see that the most likely property you are referring to is 4 Front Street


This is currently listed with Century 21 Port Douglas and is advertised online seeking offers over $480,000, this listing is 14 days old.

e note the client purchased in Feb 2023 through Ray White, for 260,000 and settled on it in April.

Based on the photographs online there has been no significant undertaken to reposition the property and, in my experience, there is little demand from owner-occupiers in the region.
