22/9 Dave He sold it with another agent and owes me all the marketing cost still. We had an authority on it and did not get paid which is very very frustrating.

He got upset pretty quickly. Understand. Stress off not being able to settle. 

I had agreed as I was matching the other agent that he has out with. Then upon assessing I thought the timeframe and the 1% fee, I honestly would not be able to get any of my channels or networks to look at it.

There is 2 weeks till settlement, there is another agent that has it online and the seller was offering close to no commission.

Wiston agreed for commissions and asked for all the documents and contracts, and once I shared, he got back with this message.

This is unprofessional behaviour, Is he a genuine real estate agent and even has any network?
