BRIX NOV 23 - spoken to him, was trying to sale before settlement. now , land is titled will still looking to sell. there are other agents working on it too. will try off market for couple weeks, if not will consider put on market. will give it a try for off market for now



NOV 23 - couldn?t reach him last time. Called and left message, only got a text said call you later but no more news. I will follow up tomorrow. I got a phone call section tomorrow. Thanks!


- Takes to him and emailed him to ask for contract with land details. He is trying to nominate the land within 2-3 wks time, without losing any money. Explained to him we will try our best but at this market will bit hard to find someone to take over in such short time and pay extra on top of contract price. We quoted him $8800 including GST. Will keep you informed.
