Had a good talk with Priya. She doesn’t own 24 Lepperton Street but owns 22 Lepperton Street which is for sale and has been for some time. I advised that it is worth around $320,000 which is below what she paid for it and a price that she wouldn’t sell at and she wants to get her money back. It is currently advertised for less than she would accept. She can afford to hold on to the property and I have advised her to take it off the market until March/April next year and start again fresh and in a better market.
