15/9 Victoria: Have been to the property to appraise. Unfortunately the property is a lot less than Mary was hoping for. Mary needs to complete further research to see what she can buy with her new budget in Kilmore - Craigieburn area. I have suggested Mary with you Vicki to see if there are any reputable sales agents in the area that can look after her and see if there are properties in her price bracket.
