I had a chat to Michael just in December the works which were supposed to start got delayed with no firm confirmation on when they could start.They needed to get trades to inspect the unit and propose the causes of water issues, which seems to be mainly caused by gutters/pipes blocking, I’ve seen the unit and because the huge deck is raised a bit from the internal the guttering that runs around the edging of the terrace are blocking its causing overflow. There are other issues a foot in the building that need to get rectified also, knowing the building as I do……some have existed for a while.I did leave a message for Michael about two weeks ago, I haven’t heard back, he is trying to stay positive, it’s a bit of hard situation, one of the thoughts (from previous discussions) was maybe to put a tenant in for a reduced rent until they can complete works.

3/11/2023 - Victor: I touched base with Michael Bliss again yesterday, he has had some progress with repairs of damage, of course with lots of follow up with strata etc. They start work on the various items on Monday, the finish timeline I guess varies, Michael doesn’t feel confident it will be ready in time for a sale turnaround with Christmas fast approaching, late January/February seems more realistic at this point. He is a lovely guy and is positive considering, I’ve been providing updates. It’s a great apartment and will look sensational all fixed and dressed up for sale

4/10/2023 - Victor PUD: Met with Michael onsite 9/9/23 and provided full proposal. followed up the following week, it sounded like he had met with a few agents. Belle Annandale is his rental agent who had been managing the property as well as access for trades to repairs water damage, etc. in a further conversation with Michael he advised he is liaising with strata regarding defects and that he needs to have all fixed before deciding on agents, etc

11/09/2023 - Michael: I contacted both Victor and Tina and went through the apartment with each of them on Saturday. Each was personable, engaged and able to provide good advice and insights. We are awaiting some works to the apartment to be completed before proceeding with the sale, including selecting an agent.
