DANIEL - Yes sorry I didn’t update you. There was a frenzy from her to get it on the market. The agent she went with was happy to use photos from another sale. Her story is an unfortunate one because this was mean to be her retirement fund, instead she is going to lose the better part of $130,000 on this investment so cutting any cost was important to her. I can’t, in good faith, use photos that don’t represent what the property actually looks like or its outlook. I think that’s dangerous territory for misrepresentation.

DANIEL - Yes I’ve spoken with her and I’ve gone to have a look at the property too (she lives in Brisbane). The problem here is that she bought it for $465,000 and it’s probably worth $330,000 right now. She knew she was going to lose a certain amount of money on the property but wasn’t prepared for that much of a loss. It was going to be her retirement fund.  I’d mentioned that it might be worth holding on to it for another year and revisiting then.Regards,Daniel Atsis
