8/10/2023 - Matt: 55 McConnell road now under contract for 490k with settlement 30 November
14/09/2023 - Vivienne: Agents from Raine and Horne and Matt Campbell have been in contact and provided a Property Appraisal. The third agent has not contacted me but I believe there have been some issues with Telstra in this area. I will be making a decision which agent of the two I will be using.
