13/12/23 - Tanya:  client has gone interstate and left house unrented will follow up 10 Rowe Circuit, Walkley Heights

Tanya: 8/11 - In contact but client not ready still building the shed. 

David:" f/up 9/10/23 - still getting property ready

29/9/23 David:  Have visited with client and provided feedback + details of a handyman for works

25/9 Tanya: I have called Ampphai, she is waiting for a shed to be installed so she can store her belongings when she relocates to Melbourne, there is a delay on getting the shed finished, I will call her in 2 weeks time to see how she is going, as she is planning to go to Melbourne for a few weeks and then return to Adelaide to pack her things into the shed.

14/9 Tanya I met with Ampphai yesterday afternoon, went through everything, she was going to discuss things with her friend and her son and come back to me in a few weeks, once she has installed a shed to store her belongings. I will follow up with her next week to see how so is getting on.
