BRAD - Yes its all good


David - david spoke to vendor looking to maybe sell closer to Dec 23. Wants $700k so property really needs to be vacant to achieve that.


JANICE - APR 24 - The owner said he was waiting till the tenants lease was up iin February this year. I called him and he said we're not selling now.


FEB24  When I did the appraisal in Sept last year Brad said he would decide in February when the tenants contract was up for renewal & he would also have an idea what he was doing. 


When I called he just said no we’re all good thanks & cut me off. 


I don’t know if he’s going to be selling with another agent or keeping it as a rental. 

 I have emailed CMA & other info to this seller today.
